  • Duplicate payment or billing error

  • SEO, content creation, and lead generation activities

  • Network design, consultation, and planning
  • Implementation and configuration services
  • Hardware and third-party vendor costs
4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • If a project is terminated early by the client
  • Based on the proportion of work completed
  • After deducting administrative fees and incurred costs

All such decisions are made at our sole discretion.

5. Subscription & Retainer Services

For ongoing services (monthly retainers or subscriptions):

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
  • You may cancel future services by providing at least 15 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started

Any costs paid to third-party providers are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Advertising platforms
